Vilac Wooden Toys
Before Quel Objet, our children had several Vilac toys, although I was unaware of the manufacturer at the time. I liked the bright colors and how well made they seemed to be. Years later, after heavy use, being played with as well as dumped into toy chests, none of them has a crack or chip. I can attest from personal experience as to the quality of these toys. The company has just celebrated its one hundredth anniversary and has received the EVP label, awarded to French firms for the excellence of their traditional and industrial skills.
