French Vignette Shadowboxes
These French Vignettes Shadowboxes are charming and unusual. The artist starts with a black and white photo of a French scene, here the Eiffel Tower in one, a house by a bridge in the other, and adds figures and props in the foreground. Every detail is meticulously created by hand: the bench, the bridge, the easel, the people…. Each shadowbox is one-of-a-kind.
The vignette portion measures ~3 ½” x 3 ½”, and the outside dimensions of the frame are just under 13” x 13”. It comes with the hardware on the back, ready to hang on a wall. Choose from three: Couple strolling, Couple hugging, or Child watching a painter.
