Gig Street CD by Leonard Blair
We were strolling through the street market in St. Remy de Provence, as we’d done so often before. From one direction we heard the traditional accordion music you hear in every American movie about France. But from the other direction we heard great jazz! Twisting through the crush in the tiny streets, we came upon a quartet playing to a tightly packed crowd. The people were tapping their feet, clapping their hands, taking pictures, dropping money into a hat, and having a great time. In September we saw Leonard and picked up a new supply of CD’s!
