Peche à Pied (Fishermen) Tray
Peche à Pied, or Fishing on Foot, searching for clams, winkles, and crabs, a favorite activity on the Ile de Ré, off the Atlantic coast, was the artist’s inspiration for this appealing and unusual tray from Georges G. The tray is roomy enough (19” x 14 ½”) for a whole tea set or an afternoon’s worth of lemonade and glasses--and practical: just wipe the acrylic surface with a damp sponge to clean.
