Recreate the ambiance: The Tour de Lumière, beautiful indoors or out, stands 55 inches tall. Eighteen glass cups in three tiers hold votive candles. The sturdy grey powder-coated frame comes fully assembled. You just gently drop the cups and candles in place, and Voila! elegance for an evening party or a romantic dinner à deux.
